Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of the SystemFreaks Terms of Service. It applies to every service that SystemFreaks Ltd supplies: web hosting, WordPress hosting, email hosting and spam filtering, object storage, cloud storage, VPS and dedicated servers, agency and reseller hosting, OpenClaw and Drowv AI services, our software extensions and our mobile apps. It applies to you and to everyone who uses a service through your account.

If you break this policy, we can remove content, suspend or terminate your service without notice and without a refund (Terms, clause 20.5).

1. Prohibited activities (all services)

You must not use our services, and you must not let anyone else use them, for:

  • Phishing and fraud: fake login pages, fake shops, fake invoices, investment or romance scams, identity theft.
  • Stolen data: storage, sale or exchange of stolen card data, account credentials, personal data or trade secrets.
  • Malware: distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware or exploit kits; botnet command-and-control servers; drop zones for stolen data.
  • Attacks on other systems: denial-of-service attacks, “booter” or “stresser” services, port scanning, brute-force attacks, vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own or have no permission to test.
  • Spam: unsolicited bulk email or messages, open relays, mail from purchased lists, spoofed senders, support services for spammers (for example spamvertised websites).
  • Illegal content: child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, content that incites violence or hatred, harassment, threats, and any content that is illegal in the United Kingdom or in the country where it is published.
  • Copyright and trade mark infringement: pirated films, music, books, games or software; software cracks, key generators or licence bypasses; ROMs; torrent trackers or index sites for infringing content; “warez” sites; streaming or mirroring of content without a licence; counterfeit goods. See our Copyright Infringement Policy.
  • Sanctions and export control: any activity that breaks UK, EU or US sanctions or export rules, and any service to a sanctioned person or entity.
  • Hiding abuse: “bulletproof” hosting, services that hide a customer from abuse reports or from law enforcement, and any attempt to hide the real user of a service from us.
  • Attacks on our platform: any attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with other customers, or to bypass our quotas, limits or security controls.

2. Rules for each service

  • Web hosting and WordPress hosting: no phishing pages, no malware downloads, no open proxies, no anonymising services that hide abuse. Keep your software and plugins updated. We can disable a hacked site until you clean it.
  • Email hosting and spam shield: no unsolicited bulk email, no open relays, no sender spoofing. Bulk mail needs the consent of every recipient and a working unsubscribe link.
  • Object storage and cloud storage: no distribution of infringing or illegal files, no stolen data dumps, no malware hosting, no public “file locker” for pirated content. Fair use applies as set out in the Terms, clause 11.21.
  • VPS and dedicated servers: no cryptocurrency mining without our written consent, no scanning or attack tools aimed at third parties, no anonymising exit nodes, no services that break the rules above. You are responsible for the security of your server.
  • Agency and reseller hosting: you answer for every client and end user. You must handle every abuse report about your clients within the time limits in section 5, keep the true identity of each client, and give it to us when the law requires it (Terms, clause 11.8).
  • OpenClaw hosting and Drowv AI content: no generation or publication of illegal content, no impersonation of real people or organisations, no scraping that breaks the law or the terms of the scraped site, no automated attacks or spam campaigns.
  • Software extensions and mobile apps: no circumvention of licence checks, no redistribution or resale of our software, no use of our apps or their servers to attack or defraud other users.

3. Your identity

You must give us your true name, address and contact details and keep them current. We can ask you at any time for an identity document and a proof of address. If the details are false, or you do not answer within 5 days, we can suspend or terminate your services (Terms, clause 11.23). We screen orders against fraud and sanctions lists before we accept them.

4. How to report abuse

Send abuse reports to abuse@systemfreaks.com or use the Report Abuse form in our HelpDesk.

Include: the URL, IP address, domain or email header involved; the date and time (with time zone); what the abuse is; and your contact details. Evidence such as screenshots, log extracts or the full email with headers helps us to act fast.

Copyright holders: follow the Copyright Infringement Policy.

Law enforcement authorities and regulators: write to abuse@systemfreaks.com or legal@systemfreaks.com. We answer valid legal requests and we preserve data on request.

5. What we do

  1. We review every report within 24 hours.
  2. If the report is valid, we act at once. Depending on the severity, we remove the content, suspend the service, or terminate the service. For serious abuse (sections 1 and 2) we act without notice and without a refund.
  3. For other breaches we tell the customer and give 48 hours to fix the problem.
  4. We keep a record of each report, the evidence and the action we took.
  5. We cooperate with law enforcement and we report serious criminal activity to the competent authorities.

6. Appeals

If we suspend or terminate your service under this policy and you think that we are wrong, write to abuse@systemfreaks.com within 14 days and give your evidence. We answer within 10 business days.

7. Changes

We can change this policy. The date and the version at the top show the current version. Material changes are announced by email and in the client portal, as the Terms describe.
