Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version 1.0 This policy is part of the SystemFreaks Terms of Service. SystemFreaks Ltd hosts content for its customers. We do not select or review that content before it is published, and we act on it when we learn that it infringes a right. This policy explains how to tell us, and what happens next. 1. How to send a notice Send your notice to abuse@systemfreaks.com (subject: “Copyright notice”) or by post to SYSTEMFREAKS LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. The notice must contain: Your name, postal address, email address and, if you act for the rights holder, the name of the rights holder and your authority to act. A description of the work that you say is infringed (title, registration number if any, and where the original can be seen). The exact URL or location of each item that you say is infringing. A domain name alone is not enough. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. Your signature (typed name is enough for email) and the date. A notice that misses one of these items delays our action. We may ask you for the missing item before we act. 2. What we do We review the notice within 24 hours of receipt. If the notice is complete and the claim is credible, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, normally within one business day, and we tell the customer. We send the customer a copy of the notice. If the notice is not complete or the claim is not credible, we tell you why and what we need. We keep a record of each notice and each action. 3. Counter-notice A customer whose material was removed can send a counter-notice to abuse@systemfreaks.com. It must contain: the customer’s name, address and contact details; the location of the removed material; a statement that the customer believes in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and the customer’s consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We send the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If that person does not tell us within 10 business days that they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the material. 4. Repeat infringers We terminate the services of customers who infringe copyright or trade marks repeatedly. Three valid notices against the same account in 12 months normally lead to termination without a refund. 5. Trade marks and other rights Use the same procedure for trade mark infringement, counterfeit goods and other intellectual property rights. Describe the right, give the registration number if there is one, and give the exact URL of each infringing item. 6. Misuse of this procedure A false or abusive notice can make you liable to the customer for the harm that the removal causes. Send a notice only when you own the right or act for the owner.
