Answer tickets, write content and ask your data with AI, inside Paymenter and with your own API key. One extension gives you the ticket autopilot, the content writer, the staff chatbot and the client bot. This extension is in development. Contact us and we send you a notice at the release.
The Paymenter extension is in development. Open a ticket and we tell you when you can order it. The Blesta plugin is available now.
The autopilot reads every new client message in the departments you allow. It writes a reply from the ticket, the client's data and your knowledge base. A second check scores the answer. You decide where the line between send and review sits, and the audit log shows every decision.
Pick the departments, the threshold, the delay and the status a ticket gets after a reply.
Tell it per department what to do, such as which questions to assign to which person.
Drafts below the threshold wait in a queue with the reasons. Edit and send, or discard.
New client messages get a reply within minutes, written from the whole ticket, the client's products and your knowledge base. The AI scores its own answer. Above your threshold the reply goes out with your disclaimer. Below it, the draft waits for your staff.
On every ticket, a toolbar drafts a reply and lists the sources it used. Improve, shorten, change the tone or translate the text in the reply box. A long thread becomes a short summary in one click.
Generate or rewrite email templates and product descriptions with a preview. Nothing is saved until you accept it. Translate a template into another language, or write the missing product descriptions in one list.
A chat panel on every admin page answers questions about Paymenter, writes a report query that runs read-only on your database, and gives API examples. Only the admin roles you allow can run a query, and every result stops at 200 rows.
On the ticket form, a bot answers from your public knowledge base and the client's own products and invoices. When a person is needed, it fills the ticket with a clear message. Clients can also improve their own text before they send it.
Add accounts at OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq, OpenRouter, Together, Perplexity, Azure OpenAI or a local model server, one per feature. A guardrail hides card numbers, passwords and keys before any text leaves your server. An audit log records every call with its cost.
Drafts below your threshold wait in one list with the confidence score and the reasons. Your staff edits and sends, or discards, one by one or in bulk. A daily email tells you what waits.
Every AI call is logged with its tokens, cost estimate, duration and status, with filters and a CSV export. The dashboard widget shows the drafts that wait, the tickets answered today and the cost of the month.

Paymenter, ionCube Loader 15 or later and the free SystemFreaks Update Checker extension. You also need an API key at one of the supported AI providers, or a local Ollama or LM Studio server. We publish the supported Paymenter versions at the release.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq, OpenRouter, Together, Perplexity and Azure OpenAI, plus any local server that speaks the OpenAI format. You pay the provider directly at its own prices. A Mock account lets you try every feature with no key.
Only what the feature needs: the ticket, the client's products and invoices, your public knowledge base articles and your steering rules. Before any text leaves your server, the guardrail replaces card numbers, IBANs, API keys, passwords, social security numbers and phone numbers with placeholders. The placeholders never come back.
The autopilot sends only above the confidence threshold you set. It never sends more than three replies per ticket in a day, and never to tickets that arrived before you switched it on. Every automatic reply shows the AI identity and your disclaimer. Start in review mode, where nothing is sent without a person.
Yes. A Mock account answers every feature with sample text, with no key and no cost. You can see each screen before you connect a provider.
