QuickBooks Payments for WHMCS

Take card payments in WHMCS through your QuickBooks Payments merchant account. Clients pay invoices with a card, save it for automatic renewals, or pay once from a US bank account. The card details go directly from the browser to Intuit.

Order Now Knowledge Base

Card payments that land in your books

The gateway uses the QuickBooks Sync connection, so you connect to Intuit only once, and each payment is recorded against its QuickBooks invoice.

Cards and stored cards

Clients pay invoices with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. A saved card is charged for each renewal, and the client can replace it on the payment methods page.

One-time eCheck payments

Clients can pay an invoice once from a US bank account. The payment stays pending until Intuit settles it, and a second payment for the same invoice is refused while one is pending.

No card data on your server

The payment form sends the card or bank details directly from the browser to Intuit. WHMCS keeps only the Intuit token, the last four digits and the expiry date.

Captures and refunds

WHMCS charges saved cards on its normal capture run, and you refund a payment from the WHMCS transaction page. There are no API keys to copy: the gateway uses the QuickBooks Sync connection.
