Delete your Hot Gates account

This page is for players of Hot Gates: Tower Defense, the Android game by SystemFreaks Ltd. The account is optional. You need it only for ranked Troy games and for the cloud save.

Close your game account in the game (fastest)

1. Open Hot Gates and log in.
2. On the main menu, tap Account.
3. Type your password and tap Close my game account.
4. Tap the button again within 5 seconds to confirm.

The game logs you out at once. The server deletes your login keys and your cloud save right away, and the game refuses a login until you ask support to open the access again. Your client account on the SystemFreaks portal stays, and you can still log in there.

Delete the whole account

To delete the account itself, ask us:

• Open a support ticket at manager.systemfreaks.com, or
• Send an email to privacy@systemfreaks.com from the email address of the account.

Write your nickname and say that you want to delete your Hot Gates account. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Use the same way when you cannot open the game.

What we delete

• Your account: your email address, your password and your nickname.
• Your rating and your numbers of wins, losses and draws.
• Your login keys. The game on every phone is logged out.
• Your cloud save: the copy of your game progress on our server.

What stays

• Your past ranked games stay in the records of the other players, without your name.
• The progress on your phone stays on your phone. To remove it, uninstall the game.

We keep no copy of the deleted data. For more details, read the Hot Gates section of our privacy policy.
