A managed filter in front of your mail server. Incoming mail goes through our gateway first: spam and viruses stop there, and only clean mail gets to your server. Your mail server and your mailboxes stay where they are.
Send us the number of domains and mailboxes that you want to protect. We answer with a plan that fits.
Each message gets a spam score. A message above your quarantine level goes to the quarantine. A message above your block level is refused. You set the two levels for each domain, or you keep our standard values.
The gateway scans each message and each attachment for viruses before delivery. An infected message does not get to your mail server.
If your mail server does not answer, the gateway holds the incoming mail and tries again. The mail arrives when your server is back.
Send a quarantine login link to a mailbox. The mailbox owner sees the held messages and releases the good ones. Each mailbox has a welcome list and a block list.
You prove that you own a domain with one DNS TXT record. Nobody else can put your domain on the service. We check the record each day, and we send you a warning mail if the record is gone.
See the number of messages, spam messages and viruses for the last 7 days and the last 30 days.
Select the TLS policy for the delivery to your mail server. The standard value uses encryption when your server offers it. You can make encryption mandatory.
Enter your domain and your mail server, and the standard values do the rest. The port, the protocol, the MX lookup and the TLS policy are in an Advanced section for the cases that need them.

We operate the gateway, install its updates and keep the spam and virus definitions current. You do not install software and you do not maintain a filter server.
No. Your mail server and your mailboxes stay where they are. For incoming protection you change the MX record of your domain to our gateway. The gateway filters the mail and delivers the clean mail to your server.
The plans differ in the number of domains. Contact us with the number of domains and the mail volume, and we send you an offer.
Add your domain in the client area. Add the TXT record that the Setup page shows, and click Verify Domain. Then change the MX record. The Setup page shows each record with a copy button.
Yes, with each mail server that accepts mail by SMTP on a public address. This includes your own server, a hosted mail service and a control panel such as cPanel or Plesk.
The message stays in the quarantine. The mailbox owner opens the quarantine with a login link and releases the message. Add the sender to the welcome list, and the filter does not hold that sender again.
You get a warning mail on the first day and a reminder on the last day. After 7 days the service stops for that domain only. Add the record again and click Verify Domain to start the service again.
Yes. Each plan has a domain limit. You add the first domain with the order and the other domains in the client area.
