Add your domain in the client area. The Setup page shows each step with a copy button. If you are not sure, open a ticket and we help you with the setup.
The email stays in the quarantine. You open the quarantine with a login link and release the email. Add the sender to the welcome list, and the filter does not hold that sender again.
You get a warning email on the first day and a reminder on the last day. After 7 days the service stops for that domain only. Do the check again on the Setup page to start the service again.
Yes. Each plan has a domain limit. You add the first domain with the order and the other domains in the client area.
